Marketing Lead & Event Manager 

Hype Yeti is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and results-driven Marketing Lead & Event Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll lead marketing campaigns, manage events from planning through execution, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. You’ll build strong client relationships, coordinate projects effectively, and ensure every campaign and event is delivered successfully and to a high standard.

Job Type: On-Site
Salary Range: NRs. 22,500/- (No limit for deserving candidates)
Office Location: Ekantakuna, Lalitpur
Work Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday) 

Requirements: 

• Prior experience in event management, with a proven ability to conceptualize and execute event ideas
• Experience working at a marketing/advertising agency preferred
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand promotion strategies
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage vendors, teams, and timelines
• Experience in client servicing and relationship management
• Ability to independently pitch creative event and marketing ideas to clients
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask across multiple client accounts

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute events for clients, from ideation to on-ground delivery
• Bring fresh, innovative event ideas and marketing angles to client pitches
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, social media, operations) and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution
• Lead client communication for event-related and marketing projects, ensuring client expectations are met
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics
• Oversee and guide the Client Service Executive’s work, including:
• Coordinating tasks and feedback from clients
• Assisting in pitching new ideas to clients
• Supporting monthly report generation with the Social Media Manager
• Assisting in documentation like agreements, PIs, quotations, and proposals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and referrals
• Stay updated on event and marketing trends to keep client offerings competitive
