Business Development Manager
HypeYeti Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to drive client relationships and collaborate closely with the Operation Manager. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and contributing to the company’s growth in the dynamic marketing industry.

Office Location: Ekantakuna, Lalitpur
Work Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday)
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of business development/sales experience in a similar position, preferably in the marketing or creative agency industry, with mandatory exposure to international markets.
- Proven track record of managing and growing a sales portfolio.
- Familiarity with agency contracts and the ability to negotiate contract packages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue international business opportunities within the marketing and creative agency industry.
- Develop new business with local and international clients across various sectors.
- Manage and enhance client onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Create regular plans for upscaling of the current clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and reports tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams (Creative, Production, Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure project success.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
