Business Development Executive

Hypeyeti Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a vocal, sharp, outgoing, and energetic Business Development Executive to increase the flow of incoming clients monthly. The ideal candidate should be sociable, outgoing, and team-oriented. S/he should understand the basic sales cycle and coordinate with seniors to acquire new clients. 

Job Type: On-Site 
Salary Range: Starting from NRs. 15,000/- (plus commission on every successful client conversion) 
Office Location: Ekantakuna, Lalitpur 
Work Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday) 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Strong Communication and Inter-personal skills 
  • Market Analysis and Lead Generation Skills 
  • Knowledge of the Sales Cycle and Pitching skills 
  • USP identification and utilization skills 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Generate a list of prospective clients 
  • Contact and Build relationships with prospective clients 
  • Understand the requirements of prospective clients 
  • Assist the Project Manager in onboarding the client 
  • Analyze and Report on the Client Acquisition status of the company 
  • Identify the USP of the company to extract the best results 
  • Research Client Acquisition strategy of competitor companies
